Ermington is a Riverside Suburb in the Geographical & Demographical Centre of Greater Sydney, NSW, Australia. Ermington is located Only 15 Km's from the Sydney Central Business District, in the Local Government Area of the City of Parramatta. Ermington lies on the Northern Bank of the Parramatta River. == History == === Aboriginal culture === The area now known as Ermington was associated with the Wallumettagal/Wallumedegal people. References also note that the area had been controlled by the Wongal/Wangal people. === European settlement === Ermington was originally part of the Field of Mars area. In February 1792, Governor Arthur Phillip granted parcels of land on the northern bank of Parramatta River in the Field of Mars to eight marines: Isaac Archer, John Carver, John Colthread, Thomas Cottrell, James Manning, Alexander McDonald, Thomas Swinnerton and Thomas Tining. Most of the parcels were about 80 acres (320,000 m2) in size, except for McDonald's which was 130 acres (apparently because he was married). The settlers used their land to grow wheat, maize and vegetables. Alexander McDonald's grant extended northward from Parramatta River to approximately present-day Stevens Street, and westward to present-day Spurway Street.
Amazing atmosphere friendly staff and very clean gym. Ample of parking available. Always supported by a good team of trainers who are able to help all age groups young and old. Love the free weights and the equipment which is sufficient for my work outs. I use the gym for my private use. They also offer group fitness classes both morning or evening. Thank you team for the great opportunity to be a part of the Tribe community.
I joined five weeks ago and after a free trial class it was an easy decision. The community is great and very supportive. The workouts are fun and varied. The gym has every piece of equipment you can think of. And Randy is like a personal trainer! Paying attention to everyone’s goals and achievements! Join, you won’t regret it!
Have been training at home with personal trainers at MFITNESS Tribe for over a year now and I am extremely impressed with the knowledge , skill and professional approach of Randy and his team . The trainers are focussed and always on time and usually the same person to facilitate continuity and momentum towards long term goals. Where there is a substitute trainer on the odd occasion, they are appropriately briefed prior to the class. Highly recommended !

Great fitness classes focusing on mix of strength and cardio. Suitable for people of all fitness levels. offers Crossfit style group classes as well as PT session. It's a clean gym with lots of new equipment, great personal trainers and easily accessible with heaps of parking available on site
